Welcome to a glimpse of our world! We know this is a significant choice, and we're so honored and thankful that you're reading our story. The decision you are weighing isn't just a choice; it is one of the purest expressions of love a person can give. We can only imagine the quiet strength it takes to put your child's future above your own heart's immediate desires. Please know that we don't just see a "birth mother", we see a woman of immense grace, a protector, and a hero in your child's story. We're Josh & Abby, a couple that believes life is better with a soundtrack for kitchen dance parties and a pantry full of surprise treats.

We are big dreamers who find the most joy in the small things, and we can't wait to welcome a little one into our home of music, fun, and unconditional devotion.

Our Story

Josh and Abby first met five years ago while serving in their church's student ministry.

Though they started in the same place, Abby humorously admits she didn't actually remember Josh at first. Their connection truly began to click after several casual conversations and unexpected run-ins. To apologize for her forgetfulness, Abby once surprised Josh with mini muffins that spelled out his name. When Josh returned her muffin pan, he thoughtfully gifted her two more trays, effectively sparking their romance. Since those early days, the couple has built a vibrant life defined by laughter, adventure, and spontaneous dancing. Despite their personal differences, they have mastered the art of supporting one another in deeply meaningful ways. They are highly intentional about cultivating a home environment where both partners feel seen, safe, and loved. While they are big dreamers who set ambitious goals, they remain grounded through small daily acts of affection and inside jokes. Now, they are eager to bring their joy, depth, and goofy spirits into the journey of parenthood.

Home Sweet Home

We live in East Tennessee, known for its beautiful mountains, love for college football, and plenty of family-friendly adventures.

Our home sits on a quiet street lined with old trees, and in the winter time we get a perfect view of the mountains. Our neighborhood is filled with friendly people of all ages and backgrounds, and ethnicity which makes it a wonderful place to raise a family.

Our house is located right in the middle of all the action in our city. Whether you are in the mood for hiking, dining, swimming, or shopping we got you covered. Our neighborhood is located near some amazing schools. Also, we have a loving dog named Hallee Lou who loves kids, belly rubs, and treats.

Our friends would describe us as...

• Josh's friends describe him as an oasis. They say he is wise, compassionate, creative, authentic, steady, and always ready to listen.

• Abby's friends describe her as bubbly, joyful, and servant-hearted. She is hardworking, steadfast, fun, and always ready to lend a hand or share a laugh.

• Together they are described as dynamic, warm, life-giving, fun, and intentional

Things that bring us joy:

• We love outdoor activities and bringing our goldendoodle Hallee along for the adventures.

• We love serving in our church and going to trivia, game nights, or trips with our group of friends.

• Josh loves running and a good competition.

• Abby loves to bake up sweet treats to share and to curl up on the couch sipping tea or coffee while reading a good book.
