Hello from the Midwest! We're Ryan & Ashlie!

Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. As you get to know us, we hope you feel like you have stepped into our home for a quick visit—and maybe a tractor ride, too! If we could, we’d welcome you with a big Midwestern hug, a warm cup of coffee, and a fresh batch of cookies. Wherever your path may lead, we are holding space for you with love, support, and prayer, and we hope you feel how truly strong you are.

Please know that we have immense respect for you and the decisions you are making for yourself and your child. It’s an honor to be even a small part of your story. We are praying for your health, your peace, and your future—trusting that God, who we believe to be so incredibly good, will continue to lay out the perfect plan for all of us.

Our Story

We are a loving and faith-filled family who you’ll often find dancing in the kitchen, taking country walks down gravel roads, or playing with our nieces and nephews. To us, a good life means spending each day with your best friend—from a morning cup of coffee to watching the sunset together. It’s a life full of love, laughter, and a little dirt.

A little of what we love & value most:

our lives are rooted in faith; we are blessed with 10 nieces, nephews, & godchildren; we cherish our life on the farm; we love calling Minnesota home, especially in the summer; we deeply value our small town community; giving back is important to us; and holidays/traditions are a big part of our lives. 

Home sweet home!

We live outside a small town in Minnesota on an 8-acre farm surrounded by open fields, green grass, and golden sunsets.

Our white farmhouse is cozy, welcoming, and filled with the people and memories we love most. The heart of our home is the kitchen—where meals are shared, laughter echoes, and life slows down around the farmhouse table. Bandit, our 4-year-old chocolate lab, is happiest running around the farm, chasing a ball, or simply being by our side. Whether it’s a summer evening on the porch, the colors of fall during harvest, or the magic of a snowy Minnesota winter, we love the life we’ve built here. 

Ryan’s Fun Facts

• I'm a 3rd generation farmer on the land my dad & grandpa worked. 

• Farming has been a passion of mine since I was young, watching crops grow.

• I love adding trees for color and watching them change through the season.

• I like ice fishing in the winter on our MN lakes!

Ashlie’s Fun Facts

• I love baking cookies and trying new recipes. 

• My grandmas are my best friends. We love to garden, play bingo, and bake. 

• I love celebrating traditions! 

• Spending time with Ryan in the tractor are some of my favorite moments.

• I volunteer on a local ambulance service as an EMT.
