Meet Drew and Cassie

We may not know all the things that have brought you here, but we are already blown away by your bravery. We may not know your name but we pray for you every single night. We promise to love, celebrate, support, listen to, and cherish your child. We want you to know that your child’s big sister and brother are already making so many plans for their baby brother/sister. They love to draw pictures for him/her, have been putting together their favorite toys and stuffed animals to share, and ask us every night if tomorrow is the day they get to meet their new brother or sister. The family and community that awaits your child is large, passionate, sincere and full of people that have been on every side of the adoption community. They are already cheering you both on, and lifting us all up in prayer as we prepare for this incredible moment. We promise you that we aren’t perfect, perfection doesn’t exist, but we also promise that we are really good at love and family.

About Us

We met 16 years ago while both working a Summer job at the town mall. We quickly became friends and would often take lunch breaks at the food court, laughing and demolishing as much pizza as we could before heading back to work. We encouraged each other's dreams, built trust with one another, and had incredible adventures.  Drew fell in love with Cassie's contagious passion for life, her ability to make everyone around her feel special, and the way she made even the most mundane circumstances feel like magic. Cassie fell in love with Drew’s servant's heart, his ability to be both strong yet sensitive, and the way he could make her feel safe; no matter what life would bring he would always be there by her side. We have been blessed with two amazing children, Liliana, 5, and Bear, 3.  They are our whole world and we live to see their beautiful smiles every day. 

Family is the highest priority for us and we promise to always be there for one another, no matter what.

Home sweet home!

We live in a small, tight knit community that includes families from all parts of the West Coast. 

We finished building our home in 2022 with the idea that this will be our forever home. The lot we chose to build on is especially meaningful to us as the creek that runs through the backyard is the same creek that Cassie's father would ride his horse along as a kid growing up. Our two children, Liliana and Bear, customized their rooms with their favorite things.  Monster trucks, books, and race cars for Bear, and princess, dress up clothes, and snugglies for Liliana. We also have three dogs, Chloe a 15 year old cocker spaniel that is our house grandma, and Moose and Birdie, one year old golden retrievers who are littermates, full of smiles and joy.  

Our house is full of traditions including our annual Christmas PJ party, family Halloween costumes, and birthday bashes! We spend most of our Summer in the backyard swimming in the pool, gardening, bird watching, and throwing rocks in the creek. Winter is full of snow angels, snowmen, and hot cocoa by the fire. Spring and Fall are filled with planting and harvesting from the garden. We also have Family Friday every week where we all spend the day together doing something fun together, spending quality time with each other. We are always looking for new traditions both big and small, to allow us to come closer as a family.
