Erin and Kyle
It's so nice to "meet" you!
We may not know you yet, but we have so much respect for you.
We cannot imagine the emotions you are going through and the sacrifices you've already made. We pray for you daily, that you will have clarity and peace in your decision. Considering adoption for your child is such a selfless decision that requires so much strength and courage. We just want you to know how brave we think you are!
About Us
We have been married for 8 years, together for 10.
We are an intentional, goofy, and adventurous family who love doing life together. In our eyes, a good life is one lived with purpose beyond ourselves, loving and serving others, and ultimately seeking to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We spent several years walking through infertility and pursuing IVF, holding onto hope through many unknowns and disappointments. Over time, we came to see adoption not as an afterthought, but as a clear and meaningful part of how we felt called to build our family.
These hopes and convictions were both deepened and affirmed in March 2024 when we adopted our son, River. Sharing life with him and his birth family has shaped us in lasting ways. We are now excited about the opportunity to give him a sibling through adoption and are already praying that the two will share a special bond, both as siblings and through their unique adoption stories.
Home sweet home!
We live just outside of Dallas, Texas in a suburban neighborhood known for its parks, walkability, and strong sense of community.
Our home is filled with everyday life and small rhythms that make it uniquely ours. Family photos are displayed throughout and updated as life changes. We often gather on our big, comfy couch for shows like Trash Truck or Winnie the Pooh, and there is usually a candle or diffuser going. Kyle is frequently cooking, so the house is often filled with warm, comforting smells, whether from a new recipe or fresh homemade bread.
