Our Story

We are high school sweethearts who met fifteen years ago after mutual friends introduced us, and we've been inseparable ever since! After college, we were married in the summer of 2019 and began building our life together. Looking back, we're grateful for the years we spent as just the two of us, growing individually while learning how to love, encourage, and support one another through every season of life. More than any adventure or milestone we've shared, we're most proud of the relationship we've built and the way our love has grown stronger each year.

Zack works in real estate development, helping shape and build communities across our city, while Jenny is a speech therapist who helps preschool children develop their communication skills and reach important milestones. At home, we love the simple things like cooking dinner together, taking walks with our dog, Sadie, and spending time with friends and family. We also enjoy traveling and exploring new places, and we're thankful to live in a state where we can spend weekends at the beach or in the mountains. We want to live a life full of love and build intentional memories together.

We cannot wait to create new memories with our future child and make them even sweeter!

Home and Family

Home is our favorite place to be.

We have made our home in a neighborhood filled with a wonderful mix of young families and longtime neighbors who look out for one another. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac with a large yard that we hope becomes a place where family and friends gather to play. Over the past three years, we have gradually remodeled our house into a home filled with warmth and hospitality we hope to share with our future child. Throughout the process, we often found ourselves imagining the moments we hope to fill these rooms with - from bedtime stories and birthday celebrations to holiday mornings and the everyday moments that make a house truly feel like home.

Family is incredibly important to us, and we are fortunate to have close relationships with our parents, siblings, niece, and nephews. We spend time with both sides of our family regularly, gathering for birthdays, holidays, and the simple moments that bring us together. Our families are loving, supportive, and genuinely excited to welcome a child into our lives and be part of our adoption journey.
