We can’t thank you enough for considering us and hope that our profile helps you to know who we are. We honor and respect the difficult decision you're making for your baby, and our hearts and prayers are with you. We pray you feel loved and supported throughout your entire journey as you try to determine the best option for you and your baby.

While we can’t possibly share everything about our family in a small profile, we have tried to give you a sense of our personalities, our values, the love we have for our family and friends and each other, and the parents we will be. Our hope is that the more you learn about us, the more secure you will be in your decision.

About Us

We met in 2015 when Julie began volunteering with Eric’s non-profit. The immediate draw for both of us was the fact that we loved rock climbing as well as helping people with disabilities be active and achieve things they previously thought impossible. We were friends first and then dated for close to four years when Eric proposed (on top of a rock formation!), and we decided to build a life together. We had a small wedding in our backyard and later had a beautiful celebration with all our friends and family. We bought our first home together in a quaint little neighborhood where we now live with our dog Cooper. We spend time walking through the neighborhood forest trails, doing little projects around the house, traveling to new places, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Home sweet home!

We live in the beautiful state of Georgia! We live in a diverse small community within a larger city. Our house is a cute three-bedroom, three-bath house with two bonus rooms. We have a nice deck out back and a fenced backyard that will be great for kids. We live three doors down from a reserve that has a creek and forest with trails and woods to play in.

We have begun working on a nursery. We’ve repainted the baby’s room and hung curtains. Julie's mom gifted us a glider, and we are searching for a crib, a changing station, and other key items to complete the room. We also found the cutest giraffe lamp on our recent trip to Thailand!
