About Us

We met and fell in love while both working at a construction firm. We quickly realized we had many mutual college friends, but had surprisingly never met during that period of our lives. God knew it just wasn't time yet! We have a six year old son who has shown a passion for athletics so our typical weeks are at one or many sporting events cheering him on, working on a home reno project, or curled up on the couch for a movie! We love physical activity and being outside in the sunshine is good for our souls. When sports seasons end we often like to escape to the family ranch to enjoy cousin time, clear night stars, and solitude. When we want to escape further, we enjoy yearly vacations to the beach and mountains!

Faith, family connection, and taking care of our bodies are the values we hold deeply in our home.

Home and Family

We live in a gem of a Texas city that has a small town feel, but all the amenities of a big city.

Our home is in a family friendly neighborhood located pretty much 10-15 min from everything there is to explore. College sports, great schools, museums, new restaurants, local boutiques, coffee shops, etc. We have a shepherd/retriever mix rescue dog named Sarge. A true crowd pleaser that has been stealing hearts ever since we brought him home 10 years ago. Our family traditions usually consist of going big for birthdays, weekly games of dominoes at the dinner table, and packing in as much Christmas fun as possible. Holiday lights, gingerbread and cookie decoration parties, and Kadie always loves a good surprise adventure.
