Welcome! We are Lauren and Todd!

We are so proud of you for embarking on this really tough journey and we hope to help bring confidence, peace and security in your decision process. We hope that as you gain a glimpse into our lives that you will see the love, laughter and fun that we share within our marriage and household. While we will never truly understand your personal journey to adoption, we promise to do our very best to support and love you and your child through every phase of life. We are fully prepared to expand our family and have prayed for many years for you to come into our lives. With our combined decades of work with children in the counseling, education, foster care and juvenile justice settings, we both have always had individual goals of adoption. We have so much love to give and hope for an open adoption so we can combine our family with yours.

Our Story

We met 11 years ago at a college football game through Lauren's best friend who was dating Todd's brother. We had an instant connection and made our relationship work for 3 years even though we were long distance. Once engaged, we decided it was time to live in the same city and began to grow our lives together in the countryside of Texas where Todd is from. We have now been married for 5 years and can't wait to add children to our family. Todd's brother and Lauren's best friend also married 5 years ago and have a son and daughter who cannot wait to meet their cousin. We love spending time with family, traveling, nature, and being at the ranch with all of our animals. 

Home sweet home!

We live in a large, 1 story farm house sitting on 10 acres in the Texas hill country. We have a large back deck where we love to watch sunsets and have friends over for game nights and barbeques. We love watching our goats, cows, chickens, and peacocks play. We breed dogs so we always have the cutest puppies following us around while we do farm chores. We have a large garden where we do our best to produce enough for our neighborhood. Our community is quiet and safe, yet progressive. Our home is where family gathers for holidays and football Sundays.
