We know this is such an important time for you, and we really admire the love and courage it takes to be here. We’re excited to share a peek into our lives; the laughter, the chaos, the adventures, and the everyday moments that make our world so full of joy.

Our home is one filled with music, spontaneous dance parties in the kitchen, lazy Sunday mornings with pancakes, and plenty of love and support from our amazing family and friends. We dream of sharing all that with another child; giving them a safe, happy place to grow, explore, and be completely themselves.

Our Story

Back in 2009, we lived just across the street from each other in college but never actually met.

It wasn’t until August 2010, at a charity event with mutual friends, that our paths finally crossed. For the next few years, we stayed friends, catching up at games, get-togethers, and spending plenty of time on the dance floor. In 2014, at a wedding, Chris finally asked Lindsay on a real date. Things just clicked right away. Lindsay loved Chris’s quick wit and kindness, and Chris was drawn to Lindsay’s warmth and energy. We spent the next couple of years going on adventures, taking weekend trips, and hanging out on the little patio Chris built at Lindsay’s house. In November 2016, that same patio became the spot where Chris set up candles and roses and asked Lindsay to marry him. Two years later, we got married and started our next chapter together. In 2020, we welcomed our daughter Vaeda, who has been our greatest adventure yet and brings so much fun and joy into our lives every single day.

Home sweet home!

Our home is a renovated 1960s ranch with a cozy, open layout, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a playroom that flows right into the kitchen and living areas, perfect for cooking, playing, and hanging out together. The backyard is our favorite spot, complete with a pool, green space, and a swing built by Lindsay’s dad, and our neighborhood is friendly, walkable, and full of parks, playgrounds, and family fun. Holidays are a big deal in our house. Lindsay has always loved Halloween, and we turn every October weekend into pumpkin patches, trunk-or-treats, and neighborhood adventures with matching family costumes. Chris’s favorite holiday is the 4th of July, when we host our backyard bash with a giant water slide and fireworks. Easter is all about family, grilling, and fun, and Christmas is packed with decorations, an advent calendar, family dinners, and Chris’s dad dressed as Santa, pillow-stuffed for extra jolliness. Birthdays are celebrated with cake, surprises, and traditions that make each child feel special. We love weekends filled with walks in the park, trips to local ice cream shops, and spontaneous adventures. Living here lets us mix cozy family time with playful, festive community life.

Our home and neighborhood make every day feel joyful, welcoming, and full of opportunities for fun.
