Hi there! We are Lane & Meagan!

From the bottom of our hearts, we want you to know that we see you, we value you, and we admire you.

We have been praying over you and your heart from the very start of this journey. Although we do not know you personally yet, please know that we desire for you to never question your worth and never forget how cherished you truly are. We imagine that this journey has not been easy, but we want you to know that we care for you no matter what decision you make. You are courageous, you are brave, and you are so strong. As you try to make such a big decision for you and your child, we pray that you feel supported and that the Lord would give you peace that surpassess all understanding. As you consider different possible adoptive families for your child, we are truly honored to be one of them. If chosen, we want you to know that your child will always know their story, who you are, how deeply they are loved by you, and how special their birth mother truly is. We never want there to be a day where your child doesn’t know their story, who you are, or your heart for them. And together, we believe that two families can love a child deeply, and that through adoption, love multiplies rather than divides.

Our Story

Our story is one that reminds us that God’s timing is always better than our own.

We both attended Texas A&M University, walking the same campus, participating in similar organizations, living in the same college town, and somehow our paths never crossed. We were in the same places, surrounded by many of the same people, and yet somehow, we never met. We were so close, yet so far. But then, in 2020, a dating app did what our college years didn’t do—it finally brought us together. What makes the story even sweeter is that it ended up being Meagan’s first and last date from a dating app. After that first date, it didn’t take long for us to realize there was something different about what we had found in each other. We had both spent years praying that God would bring the right person into our lives—someone who would be our better half, love us wholeheartedly, and encourage us to become more of who God created us to be. We quickly realized that so many of those prayers were being answered in one another. In July 2022, we said “I do” and began our favorite chapter yet-what began with a simple first date has now become a marriage rooted in faith, friendship, laughter, and a deep love for one another. Now, we get to spend our weekdays in our different schools working with littles in classrooms but we truly cannot wait for the day we have littles of our own!

Home sweet home!

We live in a cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that we have loved getting to make feel just like “us” with all of the little touches in each of the spaces!

We absolutely love having a space that we can host our family and friends at whether it’s watching college football and enjoying a family dinner, a girls night watching Dancing with the Stars, or hosting a game night- having a space to make these memories with our favorite people has truly been such a blessing to us! We are also so lucky to live in a diverse neighborhood with so many opportunities to enjoy time together. We can picture so many special family memories here—morning walks, afternoons at the pool, trips to the park, waking up on Christmas morning, decorating for birthday celebrations, and watching a little one grow up surrounded by neighbors and friends. We want it to be a home filled with laughter, traditions, cozy moments, and the kind of unconditional love that makes you feel like you can always be exactly who you are. We are very lucky to have so many of our family members & friends so close by because it allows us to create these memories together each week & that is such a gift to us.

• Big pancake breakfasts at home on Saturday mornings

• Watching Texas A&M Football & praying for a win together

• Having game nights with our friends & family

• Hosting our family for Thanksgiving at our home

• Taking a trip to the local farmer’s market with friends

• A sweet treat when at all possible!! (Lane’s go-to: tiramisu; Meag’s go-to: Sweet Loren’s Fudgy Brownie Cookies)

• Going antique & thrift shopping together

• Going to the beach with our family & friends
