We admire your strength and love as you consider adoption, and we want you to know that you are not alone on this journey. Parenting has always been our dream, and while infertility has been part of our story, we truly believe it led us to where we’re meant to be—building our family through adoption. We feel so lucky to provide a home filled with love, laughter, and endless support. Open adoption is important to us and we want you to know you will always be welcomed into our lives to know your child. We also understand openness can be hard so we are here to meet you where you are at in desired communication with us through your child’s life. We want to support you as you need, and want you to always know how highly you will be spoken of and honored in our family.

Our Story

We met by chance while visiting our parents—who lived just minutes apart!

From that first meeting, we became partners in adventure, always pushing each other to dream big and embrace new experiences. Together, we’ve moved to a new state, explored incredible places, and even transformed an old church into our home—a space filled with warmth, laughter, and love. Through every challenge, including our journey with infertility, we've stood side by side, growing stronger as a couple. Now, we’re ready for our greatest adventure yet: welcoming a child into our hearts and home, where they’ll always be cherished, encouraged, and deeply loved.

Our Home and Family

We live in a wonderful town in Vermont, surrounded by the beauty of the Green Mountains. Our home is just a short walk from downtown, where there are parks, schools, shops, and restaurants—everything we need is close by. But we also love how we’re only
a short drive away from swimming holes, hiking trails, and rivers, where we enjoy tubing during the summer. Our house is in a historic building that we’ve renovated ourselves, a project we truly enjoy. We have a big backyard where we love spending time gardening, and it’s the perfect space for kids to play and explore.

We both feel incredibly fortunate to have grown up in close-knit families.

Our family time is filled with joy and laughter, whether we’re playing games, cooking meals together, or sharing stories. We believe that working together and laughing together are some of life’s greatest joys, and we can’t wait to share that with a child. Family is where we feel the most supported, loved, and connected, and we can’t wait to offer the same to a child. We are excited to create new traditions and memories, filled with warmth, laughter, and the love of a family that’s always there for each other. We are ready to provide a home where working together, spending time together, and laughing together are at the heart of every day.

Fun Facts:

• I lived in Hollywood for a little while and made extra money clapping in gameshow audiences.

• I used to lead groups on 100-mile river trips down the Suwannee River in Florida.

• I perform at comedy events throughout our region.

• We run our own business together selling all-natural treats, it's the best job ever!

• When I was little I wanted to be a race car driver.

• I love new adventures, I recently traveled to Puerto Rico with Mike for a week.

• I love Rocky Road ice cream!

• I have been told I am a great listener.

• I grew up in an renovated old school house (and now I live in a renovated church!)
