We are a Dallas-based family who treasures every shared meal, every silly moment, and every challenge we’ve overcome together. More than anything, we dream of welcoming a child into that love and of honoring the incredible woman who makes that possible.

We can't begin to imagine all the thoughts and emotions you may be experiencing, but we want you to know that we see your strength, courage, and love. Whatever decision you make, we are profoundly grateful for your time, your openness, and your heart. About Us

We met during Thanksgiving weekend in Chicago and knew from the very beginning that we had found something special.

Our first date was at Cold Stone Ice Cream, and from that moment on, we never looked back. We were married in Chicago and also celebrated with a traditional ceremony in India in 2007. This year, we celebrate 18 years of togetherness.

Over the past few years, we have renovated our home and expanded our little family by adopting a kitten, Hemingway, to join our dog, Junebug. We both have careers we love: Vaish as a physician and Manik as an engineer. We love the life we have built together and eagerly look forward to our next chapter: growing our family through adoption!

Our Home

We have always been homebodies, so finding the right sanctuary in Dallas was important to us.

Our home, lovingly tucked among old trees, was built in 1940 and still holds all its original Tudor charm. There’s a special warmth about it — we often say it has the best “juju” — the feeling of a warm hug.

Speaking of hugs, you will be embraced the minute you step inside by our fur babies. Junebug is our sweet 16-year-old beagle mix, adopted soon after we were married. She has been a treasured part of our family ever since. Hemingway is our playful 1-year old cat who has filled our home with joy since the day he arrived.

Favorite family traditions

1. Weekend brunch is big at our home; we love making shakshuka and pancakes.

2. We collect Christmas ornaments from all our travels.

3. We enjoy spending time outdoors and love our weekly nature walks.

Favorite things

1. We are movie buffs, especially fantasy and sc-fi. We re-watch the Lord of the Rings and Star Wars every year.

2. We love road trips and have visited nearly every U.S. State by car (except Alaska - still on our list).

3. We love the ocean and often vacation along the Pacific coast.
