Hello! We are Greg & Whitney!

Even though we haven't met yet, we pray for you often.

We pray that you feel peace with your decision, and that as you consider all that is ahead, your voice feels heard. We pray that you have loving and supportive people around you. Through all the ups and downs of this journey, we hope God stands beside you and gives you strength. We deeply admire you and the choices you've made. Your selflessness is truly inspiring. Your child is already so loved. If we were chosen, please know that your child will always know about you—from the incredible decision you made to choose life, to the little things like traits you share and traditions that are important to you. Your child will grow up knowing they are wonderfully made, with pieces of both you and us woven together to become who they are meant to be. They will know that their dreams are our dreams, and we will provide a safe, and loving home.

Our Story

We met online through a dating website in 2016.

Our first date felt natural from the start, and I knew right away that Greg was someone special. I was first drawn to him by his sweet smile, and we quickly realized how much we had in common. One of the things I love most about our relationship is how well we balance each other. Greg is detail-oriented and calm, while I tend to focus on the big picture and lead with my heart. When I feel overwhelmed, he is always steady and logical, which makes us a great team. Our Christian faith is very important to us, and we are grateful to have a wonderful church family that supports and encourages us. We also share a love for creating fun memories and new experiences together through traveling, trying new restaurants, attending sporting events, and spending quality time together. We were married in New Orleans in 2019 surrounded by friends and family, a special day we will never forget.

Home and Family

We feel so grateful to live in a home located in a wonderful, family-friendly neighborhood.

Our home has a warm and laid-back feel, and our favorite part is definitely the backyard. We live on an acre lot with one section fenced for the dogs and pool, while the other side is more natural and filled with wildlife—we can already picture a treehouse tucked back there one day. We also have two family-friendly dogs and a silly cat who bring so much joy and laughter into our home. We spend much of our time outside swimming, cooking out, listening to music, and throwing tennis balls for the dogs. There is plenty of space for kids to run and play, with room for a trampoline, swing set, or playhouse. Family is a huge part of our lives, and we are thankful to have siblings and relatives living nearby. We love taking big family trips together to the beach, the lake, or on ski vacations. Christmas is especially meaningful to us, often spent at my mom's winter home decorating, watching movies, and enjoying the snow together. Thanksgiving is another favorite tradition, gathered around Greg's mom's table for a big meal followed by cozy football on the couch as a family. We can't wait to add in your family traditions.

We have seen and experienced the gift of adoption within our families from many different perspectives—from the adoptee point of view, to the heartache of placement, to being chosen as adoptive parents.
